Welcome to the start of a new kind of lead program!
Whether you are aware of it or not Valley Solutions, Inc. is one of the top innovators working almost exclusivly in the auto transport industry.
Carrier Network.net was the first lead managment application for the auto transport industry,
TransportReviews.com is the first and only third-party customer driven review board for the auto transport industry that
allows for company responses.
You may not be a customer of Valley Solutions, Inc. but chances are your business is affected by the changes we've previously made
in the auto transport industry. Get ready for more changes because 2006 is ready to become our most innovative and industry
changing year ever! And it all starts with our new pay-per-lead program.
We won't pretend that the idea of pay-per-lead is anything new, but our plans for revolutionizing the lead industry
with more flexibility and customization than what you are used to is something worth being a part of.
We started 2006 off by spending around $100,000 to acquire top auto transport related domains like
AutoTransporter.com,
VehicleTransport.com and
AutoTowing.com and moving related domain
MoverGuide.com and about 50 others. Paired with our existing
recently launched network of lead sites like ReloIndex.com and the new
Roo Network including Moving Prices.com and
The Car Carriers.com we are prepared to start offering quality auto
transport leads.
We do not plan on replacing your current lead providers. Our goal is to not replace other lead providers but
instead to supplement and offer high quality leads obtained, not through "pay-per-click" advertising, but instead through:
- Site Networking on other popular Valley Solutions, Inc. sites like AgentsIndex.com and
TransportReviews.com.
(Please note that we plan on at first only advertising our sites on TransportReviews.com in a manner that other companies have the
right to advertise in. That is through text advertisements. It is our goal to keep TransportReviews.com as seperate as possible
from other sites. With that said we also want to add that doing business with Valley Solutions through this program will not help or hurt
you on TransportReviews.com other than possibly increasing the number of review you receive. See Program Requirements.)
- Non-Paid Search Engine Results are hopfully going to be the future of our sites. We have extensive experience
with search engine optimization and our hope is to see 80% of our traffic coming from search engine results by 2007.
- Type In Traffic is a form of lead generation that almost no other lead site can offer. Did you know
that up to 15% of those looking for a service type it directly into a search engine? For example those looking for an "auto transporter"
type that into their browser following by ".com" 15% of the time instead of searching for "auto transporter". So a web property
like AutoTransporter.com has access to traffic and leads that no other company does!
We also won't replace your current lead provider because the fact is we may never offer the quantity of leads
that you receive from other lead providers. But with the higher quality of lead you will receive the money you spend with
our program will offer a much higher return than other advertising options.
Program Requirements
- Companies must have a three star rating or higher on TransportReviews.com signifying that the majority of the visitors
that post reviews would use that company again. If you have less than a three star rating you must first get your rating higher.

- Companies must fax a copy of their license, bond and/or insurance to Valley Solutions, Inc. at 513-755-0550. These
documents will be public on several of the lead sites in PDF format.
- Companies must not have a problem with us sending an email to all leads encouraging them to post a review on the company
they shipped their vehicle with which will ultimately be used on TransportReviews.com. (We encourage all companies to ask every
customer they serve to post a review, not just the ones you think you've served well.)
- Companies may not do anything that might be considered agressive sales to the leads you receive from us. An example of
agressive sales might be daily follow-up emails and/or phone calls for two weeks after someone submits a quote request. We aren't
trying to remove anyone's competitive advantage, but instead we are preventing complaints from the visitors of our sites that
unsuspectingly walk into email and phone solicitation over and beyond what is reasonable or courteous. If you have questions
on this item please feel free to ask.
Pricing
Pricing for the lead program will be done on a pay-per-lead basis. The price-per-lead is determined by dividing the base lead price
by the number of companies that will receive the lead.
The base price is currently $10.00 and will continue to go up for new companies. We are estimating that the base
price may reach as high as $16.00 in the future.
The site will allow between 16 to 25 companies to be involved in the program. The first 10 companies get priority and the remaining leads are
sent on an overflow basis to other companies. Customers choose how many quotes they receive and they are typically given the option of
2 to 10 price quotes. The average number of companies an auto transport lead is sent to is 6.

Getting Started
Getting started is rather simple. Just call us at 513-755-7766 to get set up. We will ask you to provide us with the following:
- Company information including faxed company documents (FAX: 513-755-0550).
- Budget restraints including maximum daily, weekly and/or monthly maximum spending limits and/or maximum quantity of leads.
- Credit card information for a deposit for the leads. This will be your
starting funds which will pay for the first leads. There is no set up charge, 100% of the deposit is used for leads according
to the price charge above.
